Rockcastle County High School senior Shannen Eckert was spotlighted today during the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Art Alley, a new community space celebrating creativity and local talent.

As part of the celebration, Shannen was recognized as a featured artist for her outstanding contribution to the project. Her mural, which she both designed and painted, now adds vibrant color and meaning to Art Alley, showcasing her artistic vision and connection to the Rockcastle community.
