Students from the Rockcastle Area Technology Center (RATC) recently traveled to the Center for Rural Development to highlight the exceptional skills and innovation taking place within their Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. Representing pathways in Health Science, Business Technology, Automotive, Welding, and Electrical Technology, students engaged audiences with interactive displays and hands-on demonstrations that showcased the real-world applications of their classroom learning.
Through their professionalism and enthusiasm, RATC students demonstrated how CTE programs prepare learners for success in today’s workforce by developing technical expertise, leadership, and employability skills.
RATC’s outstanding presentation earned them the Best Skilled Trades Award, recognizing their excellence among schools across the region.
