Rockcastle County High School’s UNITE Club, serving students in grades 9–12, has been named the Region 3 High School Club of the Year for the 2024–25 school year, an honor recognizing outstanding student leadership, service, and commitment to prevention efforts.
The award was presented by UNITE Coalition Coordinator Hannah Gadd. Pictured during the presentation, from left, are Hadley Bray, Lexi Burkhart, Adeline Bussell, Robby Carosello, and Hannah Gadd.
Operation UNITE recognized 12 UNITE Clubs across the region for their exceptional work during the 2024–25 school year. To earn the title of UNITE Club of the Year, clubs were required to submit a detailed scrapbook highlighting their monthly activities, service projects, and mentoring efforts. Submissions were judged in elementary, middle, and high school categories to determine regional winners.
As a regional winner, Rockcastle County High School’s UNITE Club is eligible to receive an additional $500 in funding to support club activities during the 2025–26 school year.
Rockcastle County Schools is proud of these student leaders for their dedication to making a positive impact within their school and community, exemplifying what it means to grow Rocket Learners into Rocket Leaders.
