🏈⚽🏀 Free Sports Physicals for RCHS Athletes! 🏐⚾🎾
Rockcastle Regional Hospital, RockPeds, and QuickCare will be offering FREE sports physicals for student-athletes on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Rockcastle County High School beginning at 7:30 AM.
Athletes should complete the required paperwork prior to arrival and bring it with them. Coaches will have copies available, and additional forms will be available on-site the day of the event.

What an incredible way to celebrate learning! 🦋
Students wrapped up their butterfly life cycle unit by releasing butterflies they had carefully observed throughout their amazing transformation journey. Over the past 3–4 weeks, students watched each stage of the life cycle firsthand, from caterpillar to butterfly, making this hands-on experience both exciting and unforgettable. A special thank you to teachers Katherine Coffey, Sherry Hensley, and Shelby Wynn for creating such meaningful learning opportunities for our Rocket Learners! ❤️

Over the years, these graduates have truly embodied our mission of growing Rocket Learners into Rocket Leaders. They have demonstrated resilience, leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence both inside and outside the classroom. Rockcastle County High School Appalachian Studies students took part in a hands-on learning experience as they explored Appalachian traditions with Ms. Starla Benge, creating Appalachian Corn Brooms and learning about the craftsmanship and cultural heritage behind this unique tradition. Experiences like these help bring history to life through meaningful, hands-on learning.
