Mark your calendar for this year's Kentucky Heritage Day presented by Rockcastle County Schools Gifted and Talented Department. The event will be held at the Rockcastle County Farmers Market on April 14th, 2026 from 3:00-5:00 PM. ⭐️
GATE students have spent the year diving deep into the roots of Appalachia, and now they’re ready to share what they’ve learned with you. From the artistry of traditional crafts to vital local conservation efforts, this event is a celebration of Kentucky’s rich history and bright future.
Come support our students as they highlight their Kentucky Heritage Projects! It’s going to be an evening of storytelling, craftsmanship, and community spirit.

🚀 The Kentucky Educational Development Corporation (KEDC) AI Bus is rolling through Rockcastle County Schools this week!
Our Rocket Learners are getting a glimpse into the future as they explore interactive simulators and the immersive dome. These hands-on experiences are bringing AI concepts to life while connecting learning to real-world careers. 💻✨
