Rocket Habit of the Month: Habit 1 – Be Proactive! 🚀
Leadership begins long before the classroom — it starts at home. Families can help children take responsibility and make thoughtful choices by using the “Pause, Think, Choose” method. Encourage your child to stop, reflect, and make the best choice for any situation. Together, we’re building strong proactive habits that last a lifetime!

Ms. Alexa and Ms. Melissa’s classes were visited by Johnny Appleseed this afternoon to finish off their Apple Week and to celebrate Fall Break! Thank you, Mr. Appleseed for visiting RES!

Mrs. Bailey’s kindergarten had such a fun and exciting Apple Day! 🍎 We described apples, labeled the parts of an apple, tasted apple cider, fried apples, and caramel apples. The class made a hypothesis to see if an apple would float or sink, and we even voted on our favorite apple treat. It was a day full of learning and delicious fun!
