Early Dismissal – Tuesday, May 20, 2025 Due to the forecast of severe storms expected this afternoon, Rockcastle County Schools will dismiss early today at 12:00 PM. ⛈️ Weather reports show storms are expected to arrive near our usual dismissal time. We are dismissing early out of an abundance of caution to help ensure all students get home safely before conditions worsen. Thank you for your support as we prioritize student safety.

Rockcastle County Schools is collecting gift cards to support our neighbors in Pulaski and Laurel County affected by the recent tornado. Drop off grocery, restaurant, or home improvement store gift cards at the Board of Education office now through Friday, May 23. All donations will go directly to local families through each district’s Family Resource Centers. Let’s come together to make a difference! ❤️
