Update on Bus 1601: Injuries are very minor, consisting of scrapes and bruises. All students have been transported by bus to the ER.

Bus 1601 from Rockcastle County Schools was involved in a bus accident. All students are safe, with only minor injuries reported. Out of an abundance of caution, all students will be transported to the ER for evaluation. Parents may pick up their students directly from the ER.

Several members from our district and community came together today for core team planning with the NCFL Family Learning Community team. We are working to strengthen family engagement and support the journey from Rocket Learners to Rocket Leaders. 🚀

On Thursday, April 17th, 30 students from the Rockcastle ATC Health Science Program visited the Kentucky Blood Center to explore the full journey of blood donation—from donor to recipient.
Interested in making a difference? RATC HOSA will host their final blood drive of the year on Friday, May 2nd at the ATC. All blood types are needed, and every donation stays right here in Kentucky! 💪
